PeopleShare is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians with a strong electrical background to support operations in Lincolnton, NC.

Position Details:
Pay: $25–$28 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Third Shift only)
Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Location: Lincolnton, NC

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-operation inspections on electrical systems and equipment, ensuring functionality before production begins
Troubleshoot and repair electrical components including motors, PLCs, relay systems, and control panels
Perform routine preventive maintenance and maintain accurate service records
Support continuous operations by addressing issues quickly and effectively to minimize downtime
Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to document equipment performance and repair needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Manage and restock electrical tools and supplies as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in electrical or industrial maintenance (Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar roles)
Strong working knowledge of electrical systems in an industrial setting
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
Must have your own tools, including:
Multimeter (preferred)
Wire strippers, cutters, crimpers
Allen key sets (metric and standard)
Screwdrivers (slotted and Phillips), wrenches, nut drivers, channel locks
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Comfortable working overnight and independently
