Do You Have Hands-On Industrial Electrical Experience?
PeopleShare is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. This is not an entry-level or general labor position. We are hiring professionals who can independently troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems on industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, including motors, sensors, relays, control panels, and PLCs
Perform preventive maintenance and complete service documentation
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize equipment downtime
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Keep electrical tools and supplies properly stocked and maintained
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance in an industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse setting
Strong knowledge of motors, wiring, controls, and PLCs
Must have personal tools including multimeter (preferred), wire strippers, crimpers, cutters, screwdrivers, wrenches, and nut drivers
High school diploma or GED preferred
